National Design Mart’s Installation Warranty
At National Design Mart we offer our customers a 1 year warranty from the date of install. This warranty covers all installation related issues. Even the highest-quality brands are only as good as their installation so we stand behind our work – We warranty that your installation will be done in conformance with applicable building code standards and in a professional manner using quality materials and supplies.
What Is Not Covered
Our installation warranty is not transferable and will terminate immediately upon the transfer of home ownership. These warranties are granted to the Owner only and only services purchased from and performed by National Design Mart are covered by our installation warranty.
Improper maintenance – Our installation warranty does not apply to damages resulting from the failure to provide reasonable maintenance or proper care. Learn more about flooring care and cabinet care so that your products can last for years to come.
Minor color or textural variations – Minor variations in color and texture are not product or installation defects.
Damage, workmanship, or material failure – Damage caused by occurrences beyond the control of National Design Mart are not covered. These damages are included, but not limited to fire, flood, lightning, high winds, earthquakes, hurricanes, ice dams, ice storms, atmospheric conditions, catastrophic weather, other acts of God, pollution, unreasonable use, intentional acts, vandalism, failure of the structure, settlement of building, normal weathering, corrosive effects of salt air and chemical pollutants, normal fading or damage caused by mold, asbestos, lead-based products or other hazardous substance removal.
What Voids the Installation Warranty
Re-installation or tampering of any National Design Mart products or components by anyone other than National Design Mart voids the installation warranty and disclaims liability for any costs, defects, or damages.
How to Make a Claim
Visit the store where you made the purchase or contact us if you have an installation claim. You must have a valid invoice and/or sales receipt showing you purchased the material. If after inspection, National Design Mart determines that a valid installation warranty claim exists, we will repair, re-install, re-perform, or refund the purchase price. If the product(s) that were originally installed are no longer available, National Design Mart has the right to substitute product(s) of equal quality.

Granite, Quartz, and Marble Installation Warranty
Our natural stone products installation warranty is 1 year from date of install, with sealing and proper care and maintenance. We will apply the first coat of sealer upon installation. Our warranty covers products and services, although scratches and dents are not covered under this warranty.
